Pound Cake Mini Cake Bites, each treat is topped with a fresh strawberry and a few dollops of buttercream frosting to create a fun, easy-to-make Santa hat dessert. Perfect for Christmas parties or any holiday gathering, these bite-sized treats are as delicious as they are cute—and best of all, no baking is required!

Makes up to 20 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1 Carton Drake's® Cakes Pound Cake Mini Cake Bites
- 1 Container Buttercream Frosting
- 1 Container Fresh Strawberries
- Powdered Sugar, optional topping
Supplies:
- Piping Bags
Directions:
- Unwrap each Mini Cake Bite and line on a baking sheet.
- Wash the strawberries and cut the tops off. Set aside to dry.
- Add a dollop of frosting to the middle of each cake bite and top with a strawberry. Repeat this step until each cake bite has been topped.
- Next, add frosting to your piping bag and begin to add small dollops around the base of each strawberry. Then add a swirl on the tip of each strawberry. Repeat until each cake bite is done.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. Once ready to serve, sprinkle powdered sugar on top of the cake bites to look like snow.
