Ingredients:
- 1 Carton Drake's Cakes Mini Pound Cakes
- 1 Pint Fresh Strawberries
- 1 Container Whipped Topping, thawed or homemade
Supplies:
- Parchment-Lined Baking Sheet
- 2 1/2-inch Biscuit Cutters or Cookie Cutters
- Jumbo Open Star Piping Tip
- Piping Bag
- Knife
Directions:
- Using the biscuit cutter, cut out the biscuit shapes of the Mini Pound Cakes.
- Using your knife, slice each cake in half, horizontally.
- Pipe the whipped topping on the bottom cake.
- Next, slice the strawberries horizontally in 1/4-inch slices.
- Place the strawberry slice on top of whipped topping.
- Next, place the top of the cake on the strawberry.
- Finally, pipe the top of the cake with more whipped topping and garnish with a sliced strawberry.
- Repeat for all cake pieces.
