  • Parchment-Lined Baking Sheet
  • 2 1/2-inch Biscuit Cutters or Cookie Cutters
  • Jumbo Open Star Piping Tip
  • Piping Bag
  • Knife

Directions:

  1. Using the biscuit cutter, cut out the biscuit shapes of the Mini Pound Cakes.
  2. Using your knife, slice each cake in half, horizontally.
  3. Pipe the whipped topping on the bottom cake.
  4. Next, slice the strawberries horizontally in 1/4-inch slices.
  5. Place the strawberry slice on top of whipped topping.
  6. Next, place the top of the cake on the strawberry.
  7. Finally, pipe the top of the cake with more whipped topping and garnish with a sliced strawberry.
  8. Repeat for all cake pieces.
