Ingredients:
1 Carton
Drake's® Cakes Devils Food Mini Cake Bites

1/2 Cup Salted Sweet Cream Butter, room temperature

2 Cups Powdered Sugar

1/4 Teaspoon Peppermint Extract

1/2 Tablespoon Milk or Heavy Cream

1 Drop Leaf Green Gel Food Coloring

1 Bar Dark Chocolate

Fresh Mint Leaves, garnish

Directions:

  1. With a hand mixer, whip the butter and peppermint extract for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Slowly add in the powdered sugar while mixing. Mix for about 1 minute while adding in the milk.
  3. Fold in the green food coloring
  4. Using a small grater, grate 1-2 TB dark chocolate
  5. Fold the dark chocolate into the buttercream until thoroughly combined.
  6. Pipe the frosting on top of the mini cakes.
  7. Top with fresh mint leaves
